What we collect
When you call, email or use our contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and any details you tell us about the job.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, quote, arrange visits, carry out the work, send reports and invoices, and keep records we are required to keep by law. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you.
Who we share it with
We only share details where we need to: for example, with a laboratory when we send water samples, with your letting agent or landlord if they booked the work, or with our accountants and IT providers.
How long we keep it
We keep job records and reports for as long as needed for legal and insurance reasons, normally at least six years.
